We read your request
A person reads it and replies by email — either to arrange a short call or with a follow-up question if something is unclear.
A short conversation
We talk through the task, who does it today, the tools and plans you already have, and what a good result would look like.
A recommendation
Usually one of: a workspace setup ($2,500 one-time), a single workflow ($2,500–$5,000 per workflow), the two in sequence, or “not yet” with the reason. Optional care starts at $350/month and is never a condition.
A written scope, if you want to proceed
Tasks, sources, applications, caps, exclusions and the price — agreed before any work starts.
