Two one-time engagements and two optional monthly plans. Each has an exact boundary, so you can see what is included, what you need to prepare, and what would make it a different piece of work.

04Questions
About pricing
Why publish prices at all?
Because the work is bounded. When the scope is written down, the price can be too. It also lets you judge fit before talking to anyone.
How is the workflow price set within the range?
After we confirm the application plans, permissions, available triggers and actions, volume, exception paths and data quality. You get a fixed price within $2,500–$5,000 before any build starts — or a clear explanation of why the work does not fit the standard sprint.
What will we pay software vendors?
You buy ChatGPT or Claude business-plan seats directly from OpenAI or Anthropic, and any automation platform (for example Make or Zapier) directly from that vendor. Some usage may be metered. We help you estimate these during the assessment, and they are never bundled into our fees.
Do prices differ by platform or industry?
No. The ChatGPT, Claude and real-estate pages describe the same engagements at the same prices. There are no separate platform or industry packages.
How are payment terms handled?
Payment schedule, term and cancellation details are set out in the written agreement for each engagement.
Next step
Start with one conversation about one piece of work.
Not sure which engagement fits? The assessment is a first conversation about one team or one process. We will recommend the smallest useful starting point — or say if none of these fit.
