Who we are
This website is operated by Fieldwork AI Consulting (“Fieldwork”, “we”). You can reach us at gpmediacontact@gmail.com.
Browsing this website
The site does not use advertising pixels or third-party analytics, and it does not set cookies of its own. Like any website, it is delivered by a hosting provider whose servers process technical information — such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
When you contact us or request an assessment
If you email us, your message and contact details are received and stored in our email service. If you use the assessment form, your answers are submitted to and stored in Monday.com, which we use to receive and track requests. The form is served by Monday.com — on our assessment page it loads only after you choose to open it — and uses Google reCAPTCHA to block spam, so Monday.com’s and Google’s own privacy terms apply to that form. We use what you send to reply, to understand whether we can help, and to provide any services you ask for.
Requesting an assessment is not a sign-up for marketing. We will not add you to a newsletter or send marketing messages or texts unless you separately agree to that.
Please don’t send sensitive information
Do not send passwords, customer records, borrower files, medical details, identification numbers or other sensitive information through email or the assessment form. If a later engagement needs access to business systems, we arrange it through your own accounts and named users.
Who else handles information
We rely on service providers to run our business: website hosting, email and, for assessment forms, Monday.com. They process information on our behalf to provide their services. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as we need it to respond, provide services you request and keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your messages and details at any time.
Your choices
Email gpmediacontact@gmail.com to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it or to ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
Links to other sites
This site links to other websites, such as software vendors’ documentation and app store listings. Their own privacy practices apply when you visit them.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children.
