  • Reviewing failure notifications for delivered workflows during business hours
  • Periodic checks that delivered workflows are still running as tested

Scoped and priced separately

  • New uses, new workflows or new integrations
  • Major rebuilds or moving to a different platform
  • Large source cleanups or document reorganization
  • Training additional teams or departments

No 24/7 coverage, guaranteed uptime, instant response or rollover hours. Workspace Care includes up to 1 hour a month; Automation Care covers up to 3 workflows and up to 2 hours of minor maintenance a month. Term and cancellation details are set out in each written agreement.

02Questions

About care plans

Do we need a care plan to keep using what you set up?

No. Everything runs in your company’s own accounts, and the handover explains how to update and pause it. Care is for teams who would rather have someone checking and adjusting things each month.

Do unused hours roll over?

No. The monthly allowance covers small, routine work in that month. Larger changes are scoped and priced separately so that small requests are never queued behind a rebuild.

Is this 24/7 monitoring?

No. Automation Care sends failure notifications automatically, and we review them during business hours. We do not offer round-the-clock coverage, guaranteed uptime or instant response times.

Do we need both plans?

Usually not. They cover different things — one looks after a workspace, the other looks after workflows. Choose the one that matches what we delivered for you; we do not stack subscriptions by default.

Can care cover something you didn’t build?

Care plans cover setups and workflows we delivered, because we know how they were built and tested. For something built elsewhere, start with an assessment.

Next step

Start with one conversation about one piece of work.

An Automation Assessment is a first conversation about fit: what your team does repeatedly, which tool you already use, and whether a workspace setup or a single workflow is the sensible first step. If neither fits, we will say so.
