Three engagements, each with a clear boundary.

Set up an AI workspace for a team, automate one repetitive process, or keep either running with optional care. Every engagement has published prices and written caps, and runs in accounts your company owns.

The three engagements

  1. 01 One-time setup

AI Workspace Setup & Team Training

    $2,500 one-time

ChatGPT or Claude configured around your approved company material, with three tested uses and two training sessions for one team.

ResultYour team asks better questions of an assistant that knows your context — and knows when to say it doesn’t know.

    Details and scope
  2. 02 One-time project

    Workflow Automation Sprint

    $2,500–$5,000 per workflow

One defined process automated across up to three of your existing applications, with alerts, an exception path and a pause switch.

ResultA repeated handoff happens the same way every time, and failures reach a person instead of disappearing.

    Details and scope
  3. 03 Optional, monthly

    AI & Automation Care

    From $350/month

A small monthly allowance to keep a delivered workspace current or watch delivered workflows. Never required.

ResultSomeone checks, adjusts and answers questions after the stabilization period ends.

    Details and scope

Many clients start with a workspace, then automate one workflow once the team is comfortable. Some only ever need one of the two. Care is never a condition of either.

01Where to start

Pick the starting point that matches the problem.

02What we don’t do

Deliberately outside our scope.

  • Managed IT, help desks or device management
  • Enterprise-wide transformation programmes
  • Custom software or app development for clients
  • Training or fine-tuning AI models
  • Open-ended autonomous agents or “unlimited” automation
  • Handling regulated data as part of the standard packages

Looking for a marketing website, review management or local search visibility? That is the work of our sister agency, Rainier Growth Partners.

Next step

Start with one conversation about one piece of work.

An Automation Assessment is a first conversation about fit: what your team does repeatedly, which tool you already use, and whether a workspace setup or a single workflow is the sensible first step. If neither fits, we will say so.
