An underwriting calculator for self-storage acquisitions that works through income, expenses, financing and returns, including internal rate of return and debt-service coverage, and produces a PDF memo. Its App Store tagline: “Know the deal before you make the offer.”
Water System Logbook
Small parks and campgrounds that run their own wells keep routine records of readings — well, treatment, storage tank and meters. The logbook keeps those daily entries on the phone, offline, where the work happens.
