The Real Estate Investing Club

Built for our own business

An interview podcast for active real-estate investors, hosted by founder Gabe Petersen since 2020, with a website that organizes hundreds of episodes by topic and turns guest booking into a single self-serve step.

The operation

A twice-weekly interview show has the same administrative shape as many service businesses: a steady stream of inbound requests, a qualification rule, scheduling, preparation, delivery and follow-up. The show publishes episodes every Tuesday and Thursday, and its site describes an archive of 666 episodes through episode 700.

Guest intake is deliberately simple. The guest page states who qualifies — active investors working as a general or limited partner — and sends applicants to a single 45-minute booking page. As the page puts it, the booking is the application. Recording happens remotely.

The website

The site gathers the archive into twelve topic collections (multifamily, syndication, self-storage, mobile home and RV parks and others), lists every guest, links each listening platform, and hosts written articles and the apps built for investors. It is a working tool for the audience rather than a brochure.

What it shows — and what it does not

This is an owned business, not a client engagement. It shows practical experience designing an intake rule, a booking handoff and a publishing routine that run every week. It is not presented as evidence of time saved or revenue: no such measurement has been published.

Next step

Start with one conversation about one piece of work.

An Automation Assessment is a first conversation about fit: what your team does repeatedly, which tool you already use, and whether a workspace setup or a single workflow is the sensible first step. If neither fits, we will say so.
